Curated and guided by artist Silvestre in Mérida, Yucatán. Includes Cacao Ceremony and Sound Ceremony.
For years, I have developed my work across art, meditative practices, sound and embodied approaches to self-knowledge, healing and growth grounded on the harmonious integration of all aspects of the personality. Soul Revitalization brings these disciplines together in a private setting.
We drink cacao at the perfect concentration in a ceremonial setting that opens a space to slow down and encounter yourself through reflection.
From there, the experience turns inward. I hold the space and guide the attention toward what is asking to be seen more clearly, bringing connections and possibilities into view and allowing insight to emerge from your own experience.
Conversation gradually becomes embodied through a mind-body process structured and informed by neuroscience, energetic polarities, voice work and subtle movement.
The final part is an extended immersion in vibrational sound massage on your body (front and back), allowing the experience to deepen in its own particular way.
