   Enjoy a relaxing all-inclusive beach day in Mahahual, with your lounge chair, shade, lunch, and drinks taken care of while you enjoy the Caribbean Sea.
   
   Choose the option that works best for you. With round-trip transportation included, our team will meet you at the designated meeting point outside Costa Maya Port and take you to the beach, with transportation back to the port after your stay. If you select the without transportation option, simply make your own way directly to the beach location in Mahahual.
   
   Once at the beach, settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella, swim in the Caribbean Sea, or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Mahahual.
   
   Your experience includes a full open bar and your choice of lunch, with options such as fresh ceviche and local favorites, along with Mexican beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Pickup details

MEETING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Your meeting point is just outside the main exit of the Costa Maya cruise port compound.

Walk through the port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding your taxi to the beach club.

Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point.

PICKUP TIME
Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time. Please allow enough time to walk to the meeting point and be ready for pickup.

CRUISE INFORMATION
Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not provided this information, contact us as soon as possible.

If you have not received your meeting instructions 24 hours before your tour, please contact us.

Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Sargassum is a natural and seasonal occurrence in the Caribbean. Its presence and quantity can vary daily depending on currents, wind, and weather conditions. Beach and water conditions, including water clarity, may also vary.
• This tour operates rain or shine. Operations may be modified or canceled in the event of severe weather or conditions that make it necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
• Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and any personal items you may need for your beach day.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only. Vehicles are not wheelchair-adapted, and non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
