What to expect

From October 20th for the whole winter, classes with up to five participants will be in an apartment in Syracuse (Corso Gelone 36).
Teresa, born and raised in Syracuse, shares her family recipes and the authentic flavors of Sicilian cuisine.
During this hands-on experience, you will prepare three different shapes of fresh pasta from scratch (and three local sauces) using local flour, fresh eggs, and seasonal ingredients.
If there are any ingredients you don't like or prefer to avoid, please let Teresa know when you book.
You will discover local ingredients, traditional and easy techniques and the secrets of Sicilian home cooking — just like cooking together in a family.
