Night Snorkeling in a marine protected area. A lifetime experience!
Perfectly safe tour, in a secret natural pool inside the Marine Protected Area, that without our local guide you wouldn´t dare.
Ranked among 5 best activities in Porto Santo by Tripadvisor, this tour, has a very short window of opportunity, only available in some weeks when low tide occurs in the night. You will feel like Neil Armstrong exploring a new world! Totally dark with the exception of the place where you point out your flashlight. You get the opportunity to safely meet the night creatures that appear in the dark, like the night octopus or some astonishing beautiful shrimps Expect to see seastars and sea urchins in odd places, everything looks strange....Also different coloured fishes laying down sleeping, moray eels, a cuttlefish hunting, and of course some strange brittle stars; this is the cheapest ticket to Mars!.
