Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

Outside the airport building at the exit of travel agencies. We recommend you ignore pirate taxis and timeshare vendors, walk directly to the exit to find the palette with your name. If you find it difficult to find transportation, you can dial us for assistance.

End point

When taking the transportation we take you directly to the hotel, residence or airb&b where you stay in the Playa del Carmen area

Pickup details

When you arrive at the Cancun airport and after collecting your luggage, you must exit through the door of transport companies and travel agencies. We will contact you by text message with contact instructions. It would be very helpful if you responded to the message informing us when you have already passed the filters so that we can ask your driver to wait for you with a lollipop with your name at the welcome bar corresponding to the terminal where your flight arrives.
