Stroll among traditional buildings, a Japanese garden, koi pond, and bonsai while learning each step of the sake-making process, from rice preparation and fermentation to the techniques behind Yamada Shuzo’s distinctive flavors. Brewery staff also share the brewery’s commitment to traditional craftsmanship and the stories behind its signature labels. The experience concludes with a tasting of representative sake, where you can compare aromas, textures, and finishes while appreciating the dedication behind every bottle.
