Overview

I drive every transfer myself. I have held a Moroccan national guide licence since 2007 and I live in Bhalil, just outside Fes, so the person meeting you at arrivals is the person who answered your messages and knows the city, rather than whichever driver a dispatcher had free that morning.

The vehicles are strictly private, comfortable for four to 8 travellers with their luggage, air conditioned and cleaned before every job.

What I do that others do not is finish the journey properly. Most riads in the Fes medina sit down lanes no car can enter, which is where an arriving traveller is usually left with their suitcases and a wave in roughly the right direction. I park at the nearest gate, carry your luggage, walk you to the door and hand you over to the riad staff. I also follow your flight, therefore a late landing costs you nothing in waiting time.

Pickup details

Meet your driver in the arrivals hall of Fes Saiss Airport (FEZ) after customs and baggage claim. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name and will wait until they locate you. Flight arrivals are monitored, and contact details for both the supplier and driver will be provided before travel. Complimentary waiting time of up to 90 minutes after landing is included. As vehicles cannot access the old Medina, your driver will stop at the nearest gate to your riad (such as Bab Boujloud, Bab Rcif, or Bab Guissa). A porter will assist with your luggage, and you will be escorted to your accommodation. The service ends once you have arrived at the riad and met your host.
