   Start your all-inclusive beach day at a beachfront club in the heart of Mahahual’s boardwalk, near Costa Maya Port.
   
   If your option includes round-trip transportation, the first pickup is at 9:00 AM or one hour after your cruise ship arrives. Without transportation, make your way directly to the beach club at your leisure.
   
   Settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella. Swim in the Caribbean, grab an included kayak, or use the snorkeling gear to explore near the beach.
   
   During your stay, enjoy a full open bar with tropical cocktails, Mexican beer, and tequila. When you’re hungry, choose from lunch options including fresh ceviche, tacos, and seafood dishes, with vegetarian options also available.
   
   Spend the rest of your time swimming, enjoying a cold drink, or relaxing in the shade. If your option includes transportation, your return ride to Costa Maya Port is included at the end of your beach day.

Pickup details

MEETING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Your meeting point is just outside the main exit of the Costa Maya cruise port compound.

Walk through the port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding your taxi to the beach club.

Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point.

PICKUP TIME
Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time. Please allow enough time to walk to the meeting point and be ready for pickup.

CRUISE INFORMATION
Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not provided this information, contact us as soon as possible.

If you have not received your meeting instructions 24 hours before your tour, please contact us.

Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Guests booking an option without transportation must make their own way directly to the beach club in Mahahual.
• This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the weather and come prepared for the day’s conditions.
• We recommend a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and extra cash for personal expenses.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age.
• Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only. Vehicles are not wheelchair-adapted, and non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
