Overview
Here at Tripafrica Tours, we treat our clients to a fun-packed trip of exploring the most amazing parts of Ghana. Five(5) days is a good amount of time to explore and experience the amazing wildlife, nature, adventure and culture of this beautiful country called Ghana. To get a full-blown experience of the beauties of the country, the tour will begin from the Greater Accra Region to the Eastern Region and then we explore and amuse ourselves all the way to the Northern Region of Ghana.

What to expect
Day 1: ARRIVAL IN GHANA

Upon arrival at the Terminal 3 of Kotoka International Airport, Accra-Ghana, you will be met by a staff and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Accra
Day 2: ACCRA – ABURI BOTANICAL GARDENS- SHAI HILLS GAME RESERVE – ACCRA
Aburi Botanical Gardens

After breakfast, you will depart to the eastern region of Ghana to visit the Aburi Botanical Garden. The cool mountainous weather and beautiful landscape of this area makes it an interesting destination for tourist who love the cool side of life. Upon arrival at the garden, you will be welcomed by the beautifully lined-up royal palm trees (Roystonea Regia) on both sides of the entrance leading to the garden
Shai Hills Resource Reserve

After your tour of the garden, you will depart to Shai Hills Game Reserve. This reserve is covered with grassland and low dry forest vegetation. The reserve can boast of newly four hundred(400) plant and animal species including antelopes, bats, birds, baboons, zebra and many more. You will enjoy a hike into the reserve to familiarize yourself with some fauna and flora and also the beautiful rocks climbing experience
Day 3: ACCRA – MOLE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will depart with the morning flight to Tamale. Upon arrival, you will be met by our team who will then transfer you on a 2hour journey to Mole National Park. Upon arrival, you will check in into your room to relax and await your night safari drive with an experienced park guide.

Day 4: MOLE NATIONAL PARK – MOGNORI ECO VILLAGE – MOLE NP

After a restful night, you will have your breakfast and later depart to a nearby eco village; Mognori. You will have a tour of the village after which you will be treated to a canoe safari on the Mole River. Return back to Mole National Park making a detour to an ancient mosque, Larabanga Mosque. This mosque is regarded as the oldest mosque in Ghana. Return to the Park for relaxation as you await a late afternoon drive Safari.

Day 5: MOLE NATIONAL PARK - ACCRA- DEPARTURE

You will have an early morning walk safari within the park to come up close with mammals in the park. You will use this opportunity to make up for the species you missed during your drive safari. After your safari, you will have your breakfast and prepare to checkout from your hotel to depart to Tamale Airport for your onward flight to Accra. Upon arrival in Accra, you will be transferred to your location or the international departure hall to depart home. End of tour.
