Overview

Get to know the nicest little villages of Paúl do Mar and Jardim do Mar (some of the best waves in Europe), and Ponta do Pargo (the west-end of the Island).

It's city center is right by the sea and engulfed by mountains covered in agriculture terraces. A stunning place to visit.
