Meet your local guide at the foot of Mont Saint-Michel, in front of the main entrance.
The meeting time depends on the tides; you will be notified via message once the activity is confirmed.
The experience lasts approximately one hour and follows a 2-kilometer loop around Mont Saint-Michel.
The tour begins with an explanation of the phenomenon, followed by a demonstration by the guide. Participants will then be invited to step out onto the sand—sinking in up to their knees—and learn the technique for freeing themselves. Those who prefer not to sink in can watch the experience and take photos of their friends or children in the sand. At the end of the activity, the guide will lead you to a nearby stream to rinse off your legs. The tour concludes at the foot of Mont Saint-Michel, where it began.
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at Mont-Saint-Michel, at the left side, facing the main entrance, in front of the ramparts.
The activity is done barefoot and in shorts.
You should bring a towel and a complete change of clothes in a backpack.
