The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

• The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom.

• We would like to remind you that the tour you have chosen lasts more than 12 hours. Since the destination, Chichen Itzá, is located in the state of Yucatán, the road trip can be long. We recommend being prepared for an extended journey, with comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and enough water.
• Life vests are available for rent at the cenote ticket office and are paid for only for the duration of your swim
