Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park

You'll start with a hotel pickup and then transfer by train to Mtito, where the camp staff will be waiting to greet you. After you get settled in and have lunch, there's an afternoon game drive through Tsavo West National Park. The park is known for its lions, red elephants, and varied wildlife spread across open plains, semi-desert scrub, and volcanic rock formations. It's a good introduction to the landscape you'll be exploring over the next couple days.
Day 2: Tsavo West National Park full day

This is a full day dedicated to game drives in Tsavo West. Early breakfast happens at camp, then you head into the park during the cooler morning hours when nocturnal predators and elephants are more active. After a packed lunch back at camp or a spot in the field, you continue with an afternoon drive across the plains looking for rhinos, leopards, hyenas, and whatever else the park has to show you that day.
Day 3: Tsavo West National Park to Nairobi

You'll have breakfast at camp in the morning, then head out for an en-route game drive on the way to the train station. From there, you board the train back to Nairobi, wrapping up your safari experience and heading home.
