• Use sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreens and comfortable clothes and shoes.
• Life Vest is mandatory
• Dress code is smart casual
• Infants free must to go in the parents lap
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the bus, make sure you have your belongings before leaving the bus
• The tour cannot be canceled on the same day of the tour
• We recommend you bring a sweater because you will be in the aircon bus all day
• Infants under 4 years old, does not include food or bus seats
• Make sure you do not forget your personal belongings when getting off the transport, we are not responsible for lost items
• The itinerary may change without prior notice. The order of visits to the places and the meal times may also change.
• The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
• Lockers are not included. Please pay locally
• It is forbidden to carry large suitcases or extra backpacks. Only a hand-held backpack of less than 35 liters is allowed.
• Important: Mandatory Life Jacket Use: As required by Civil Protection regulations, wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all visitors who wish to go down to the cenote area, even if your only intention is to take photos or observe without swimming. This safety measure is not optional and applies to everyone due to the slippery terrain, risk of falling, humidity, and the cenote's depth. Life jackets are available for rent on site for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe experience for all
