Ice Fishing is a relaxed activity and a perfect way to spend time outdoors during the winter. Ice fishing is a traditional form of wintertime fishing in Finland and on this tour you will learn the basics of ice fishing and you get to drill your own ice fishing hole to the Ice. Ice fishing is suitable for everyone and earlier fishing experience is not needed. The tour price includes hot beverages and light nordic lunch that you get to enjoy by campfire.
On this guided private ice fishing tour you will learn the technique for ice fishing and you will have a chance to catch freshwater fish from arctic waters. You will use specific auger to drill a fishing hole in the the ice and also an ice fishing rod with a bait to lure the fish swimming under the thick ice. In case you get cold you can warm your self by a campfire. Your guide will teach you how to use all the equipment and will explain what type of fish we might be catching.
