Playa Del Carmen: For logistic if we cannot pick you up we can pick you up at strategic meeting points; Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen or The Elements

If you are passing the Playacar area you will have to move to Coco Bongo for your pickup

• For some pickup locations, the tour begins with an initial transfer in a van or smaller vehicle. This vehicle will take you to a designated meeting point, where you will join the other guests traveling on the same tour. At the meeting point, you will transfer to the main tour bus, which will continue the journey to the final destination. This transfer is part of the tour’s transportation logistics and allows guests from different pickup locations to meet before continuing together. Please note that the vehicle used for the initial pickup may be different from the main tour bus.

• The bus is equipped with one restroom for emergency and short-term use during the journey. Due to the restroom’s ventilation system, only liquid waste (No. 1) is permitted; solid waste (No. 2) is not allowed. Restroom facilities are available at the stops throughout the tour, where you will have the opportunity to use the bathroom comfortably.
