The bus stop is in front of the Nagano Prefecture Matsumoto Regional Office, and about a 2 minute walk down the street from CoCo Ichibanya (curry store). You'll see a bench and blue sign marking the bus stop.

After making an afternoon stop in Kawaguchiko, hop back on the bus and head to Tokyo.
