    Next, experience the famous 'banh xeo Hoi An', which is a cousin of the Saigon crêpe, but smaller (and perhaps even tastier)

    Here you will also have the opportunity to try cao lau, one of the most refined soups in Vietnam: pork and greens on a bed of rice noodles, made from rice which has been soaked in lye water.
