Overview

A fascinating Venice by night tour discovering the abundant amount of secrets hidden within Venice, during which you will immerse yourself in the unreal and ancient atmosphere that pervades this beautiful city after dark. You will be lead through off the beaten track streets with your expert guide and be enlightened with ancient legends, ghost stories, unsolved enigmas, fascinating mysteries, and local hearsay about the history of the floating city. Venice is indeed known for being the most romantic of the romantic cities, but after dark, the romance factor suddenly dissolves to leave room to mystery and melancholy: Venice is a city with a long history behind it and, inevitably, that history contains a few skeletons and secrets. The city’s darker side might leave you feeling a bit shaken, if you feel more comfortable in hiding away from the many ghosts you’ll meet during this tour, you are welcome to wear your own Venetian carnival mask!

What to expect

Ponte di Rialto
10m

The Rialto Bridge is the oldest of the four bridges spanning the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. Connecting the sestieri (districts) of San Marco and San Polo, it has been rebuilt several times since its first construction as a pontoon bridge in 1173, and is now a significant tourist attraction in the city.
Piazza San Marco
30m

Piazza San Marco represents the very heart of Venice, where to be amazed by different historical architectonical monuments like the Basilica, named after San Marco as well, or the Renaissance buildings along the long sides of the square. But there is something more: did you know that walking in Piazza San Marco actually means to be walking the only square of Venice? The square is always beautiful, also when it is flooded by the water of the lagoon: an unusual and impressive experience for locals and tourists.
Pass by

Venice's Grand Canal (Canal Grande) is the city's main waterway, meandering in a large S-shape through the heart of the city. The canal is lined with magnificent palaces and historic buildings showcasing Venetian architecture's rich tapestry. Crossed by four bridges, including the famous Rialto Bridge, the canal is a must-see when visiting Venice.
