For Heathrow Airport departures, travelers are dropped off at the official drop-off zone directly in front of their designated terminal, based on departure details. We ensure you are dropped at the correct terminal entrance for a smooth check-in experience.

Pickup details

-For airport pickups, your driver will track your flight and adjust the pickup time if you’re early or delayed. They will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name.

-For hotel or residential address pickups, be ready in the lobby or at the main entrance at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

-If you’re unable to locate your driver or need to update any pickup information, simply call or message the driver directly, or contact London Minicab Service for immediate assistance.

-LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
