Pick-up is included only from accommodations (hotel/hostel/airbnb) located in the downtown area of Panama City.
If your hotel/Airbnb isn’t on the list, please contact us before booking so we can assist you. We also need at least one WhatsApp number to ensure smooth pickup on the tour day.
Please note: We do not offer pick-ups from resorts or hotels located in areas such as Westin Playa Bonita, Dreams Playa Bonita, Playa Blanca, or any other location outside of downtown.

If your accommodation is outside the central area, a meeting point will be arranged, such as a nearby supermarket, gas station, or parking lot — to be confirmed at the time of booking.
