2. Complejo Arqueologico Chinchero

   Chinchero & Ancestral Weaving | Our first stop is the Royal House of Tupac Inca Yupanqui. Explore the remarkably preserved Inca foundations and colonial charm of Chinchero. You will also enjoy a live demonstration of ancestral weaving techniques—a perfect chance to support local artisans and acquire authentic Peruvian textiles.
3. Salinas de Maras

   Witness the shimmering Salineras of Maras, where over 3,000 salt wells have been harvested by hand since before the time of the Incas. Fed by a natural subterranean saltwater spring, these pools cascade beautifully down the canyon mountainside, creating a stunning pink-and-white landscape. You will have plenty of time to take incredible, high-contrast photos and even purchase pure, mineral-rich pink mountain salt directly from the local community artisans.

   Explore the "Living Inca City" of Ollantaytambo and marvel at its magnificent, colossal stonework. Your private guide will lead you up the impressive, steep terraces of this ancient fortress and religious sanctuary, sharing stories of the historic battle where the Incas successfully defended the valley against Spanish conquistadors. From the top, you will enjoy dramatic, sweeping views of the valley and the town below, which still retains its original Incan street layout.

7. Aguas Calientes

Day 2: The Machu Picchu Sanctuary & Return to Cusco

   06:30 – Shuttle to the Citadel | Your local expert guide will meet you in the hotel lobby for a short walk to the bus station. Together, you will take the scenic 30-minute shuttle ride winding up the mountain to the main entrance of Machu Picchu.
2. Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu

   07:00 – The Guided Experience | Embark on an extraordinary private guided tour of the ancient Incan citadel. Your local expert guide will lead you along your designated official route, bringing history to life as they unveil the engineering mysteries, The Sacred Fountains, the urban sectors, and the incredible Incan Astronomy that defines the site.
   
   10:30 – Descent to Aguas Calientes | After marveling at the sanctuary and capturing your photos, board the return shuttle back to the town of Aguas Calientes.

   14:00 – Train Journey to Ollantaytambo | We will ensure you are at the station in time for your return train journey. Relax and enjoy the final views of the Urubamba canyon as you travel back to the Sacred Valley.
3. Ollantaytambo

   16:30 – Private Transfer to Cusco | At the Ollantaytambo station exit, our representative will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name and the Machupicchu Latin America logo.
4. Cusco

   18:30 – Hotel Drop-off | We provide comfortable, private transport for the scenic drive back to Cusco, completing the experience with a drop-off at your hotel.
