Free morning pickup from central Cusco hotels/Airbnbs. Narrow streets or pedestrian zones may require a nearby meeting point.

For airport pickup, your flight must land by 6:40 AM on Day 1. Drop-off will be directly at your hotel or the closest safe point due to evening city traffic rules.

• Vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary restrictions are gladly accommodated! Please inform us of any allergies or preferences at least 48 hours before departure.
• Please pack a small daypack for your overnight stay. Train companies enforce strict luggage weight limits and do not allow large suitcases on board.
