There is not a taxi hotline with English service in Quanzhou.  Taxi stands can not be found in major streets.  Demand for taxi service is high during rainy days, peak hours (6.00am to 9.30am and 6.00pm to midnight), weekend and public holidays.  For people who prefer to reserve everything in order ahead of time, this pre-booking service is what you are looking for. Price is inclusive of all charges such as peak hour charges, midnight charges, city area surcharge, toll and parking fees.
