Unlike many cooking classes with a fixed menu, each guest chooses their own 4 Thai dishes from a wide selection of recipes.

Visit a local fresh market with your chef, then cook each dish yourself at an individual cooking station with step-by-step instruction.

Friends, couples, and family members can choose different dishes, making the experience easy to personalize.

The class includes ingredients, cooking equipment, market tour, your 4-dish meal, digital recipes, and round-trip hotel transportation from selected Phuket areas.

What to expect

Enjoy a hands-on Thai cooking class in Phuket where you choose your own 4 dishes and prepare each one with step-by-step guidance from professional Thai chefs.

Start with hotel pickup and a guided visit to a local fresh market, where your chef introduces Thai herbs, spices, vegetables, sauces, curry ingredients, and fresh produce.

Then continue to Phuket Thai Cooking Academy. Each fully paying participant has an individual cooking station with all ingredients and equipment provided.

Choose 4 dishes from Thai favorites such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum Goong, Som Tam, green curry, Massaman curry, chicken with cashew nuts, mango sticky rice, and more. Each guest can choose different dishes, so couples, friends, and family members do not need to cook the same menu.

Your chef demonstrates each recipe before guiding you through preparation, stir-frying, curry cooking, seasoning, and balancing traditional Thai flavors.

After cooking, enjoy the meal you prepared and receive access to our digital Thai recipe collection.

No previous cooking experience is required. Vegetarian and vegan menus are available, with gluten-free sauces and halal ingredients available with advance notice.

Pickup details

Free round-trip transportation is included from Patong, Kathu, and Phuket Town. For groups of 3 or more fully paying participants, free round-trip transportation is available throughout Phuket. For 1–2 guests outside the standard free pickup area, transportation is available for 400 THB per person round trip.
