If your hotel is not in the previous list please let us know in which hotel are you staying so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time of your pickup. We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are staying in the special requirements box and also with your email.
This service has only one schedule, between 6:30 am to 7:45 am. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. Every service and every part of the tour is directly operated by our staff. This is why we’re able to guarantee an excellent and high quality service. After one of our busses passes by you to your hotel or established meeting point, you will be transferred to the starting center of the excursion. There, you will board the transportation where a certified guide will welcome you and accompany you, providing you with assistance and interesting information of the Mayan civilization.
We pick up travelers in all hotel zone hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. If your hotel is located in Cancun downtown, we will send you the meeting point by mail. If your hotel is located on the Mayan Riviera, it is more likely that we will go to the lobby of your hotel to pick you up, if your hotel is in Playa del Carmen, you will receive an email with the exact meeting point.
