Overview

Ghorepani Poonhill Trek is a less than a week-long trek to the highlands of the Annapurna to Ghorepani and Poon Hill. This lets the trekkers experience trekking by attractive peak scenery, beautiful Gurung village, thick rhododendron forests, and sub-tropical valleys, all set in the Annapurna region together with the attractive Machapuchare (FishTail Peak) influencing the skyline. From the top of Poon Hill (3,210m/10,53 ft) which lies above Ghorepani Village, the trekkers can acquire amazing sunrise views across the Annapurna massif, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Hiunculi, and Machhapuchhre (6,993m).

Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking, also popularly known as Annapurna Sunrise Trekking, or Annapurna Panorama Trekking, is one of the most popular and relatively easy treks that meander through the beautiful ethnic villages of the Annapurna Region.

Day 1: Drive to Pokhara -

Day 2: Trek Day - Nayapool to Tikhedhunga

    Hike upto poon hill ( Time: 45 minutes , Altitude 3210m) And trek down to Tadapani ( Time: 5:30 hours, Altitude : 2710m)
Day 5: Ghandruk

Day 6: Pokhara

Pickup details

Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport (KTM). After completing your custom formalities (Visa, etc) pick up your luggage and look for one of the representative with a display board at the arrival gate and you will be picked up by one of our representative or your trip leader.
