The second stop is the Xian Ancient Wall. Start your tour at the South Gate, the most popular and accessible entrance to the wall. Here, your guide can give a quick introduction to the history of the Xi’an City Wall, originally built during the Ming Dynasty over 600 years ago.

Enjoy panoramic views of both the ancient city inside and the modern skyline outside. The full loop is about 13.7 km. Pause at one of the towers to learn about the wall’s defense system, ancient weaponry, and the strategic design of the gates and battlements.
