Overview
Discover the timeless beauty of Suzhou, renowned for its authentic Chinese traditional garden architecture. On this immersive tour, you'll visit some of the city's most iconic sites in Suzhou. You will admire two beautiful Chinese gardens in the morning and have a leisurely hike in Tiger Hill in the afternoon. End your tour in the Suzhou Ancient Grand Canal with some local stories.

If you would like to change a bit of the itinerary, please feel free to let us know. If you would like to visit the water town, we can change the afternoon tour to Tongli Town. We hope you can fully enjoy Suzhou as unique as you are.

Start your day in one of the most famous classical gardens in China. It has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was built in the early 16th century during the Ming Dynasty. It is a stunning Chinese garden that harmoniously combines water features, pavilions, rockeries, and lush vegetation.
The Lingering Garden

Then we will head to Lingering Garden. It is another renowned Chinese garden built in 1593 during the Ming Dynasty. Famous for its exquisite layout and rich cultural symbolism. The grand and luxurious Wufengxian Hall in the Quxi Building is the biggest hall among other gardens in Suzhou City. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lingering Garden is recognized as a masterpiece of traditional Chinese landscape design.
Pingjiang Road

After the morning tour in the garden. Stroll along Suzhou’s best-preserved historic waterway street. Our guide will recommend some tasty dishes based on your preferences.
Tiger Hill

Afternoon, we will head to Tiger Hill. It is a timeless destination where natural beauty meets ancient legend. Hike up to admire the 1,000-year-old pagoda that leans like the Tower of Pisa.
Suzhou Ancient Grand Canal

Our last stop will be the Grand Canal. Experience daily life along the canal with traditional Suzhou architecture and local crafts. Home to Ruiguang Pagoda and Pan Gate, one of the oldest water-land gates in China.
(Option activity: The canal offers boat cruises that allow you to experience the beauty of the canal and its surroundings. This activity requires an additional fee. If you would like to attend, please feel free to let us know.)
