Your guide and driver will pick you up in your hotel lobby at your chosen departure time. Then depart to Chuxi Tulou Cluster in Yongding County. After around 3-hour car ride, you will enjoy your lunch in a cozy restaurant first and taste the authentic local hakka food. Take a small break and then explore the Chuxi Tulou Cluster, a Living World Heritage, is not only the cluster of Hakka culture, but also the most extraordinary type of Chinese rural dwellings. The cluster consists of five large circular buildings and 10 rectangular buildings. They are surrounded by enchanting mountains and streams. Their layout is arranged in a scientific and rational way. As a result, the cluster has high aesthetic value.You will visit Jiqinglou, Shengqinglou and Yuqinglou, which are typical of the Hakka earth buildings in Chuxi Tulou Cluster. You’ll get a chance to visit a local family and chat with host and hostess to know about their daily life and local customs. Then, walk along the field path in the back mountain of Chuxi to see the beautiful idyllic views. The terraced fields are built along the sloe-winding riverside up to the mountain top. After that, climb to the top of the nearby mountain and have a bird’s view of Chuxi Village. After the tour, your driver will drive you back to your hotel safely.
