Pickup details

The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 08:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

• Date Change, and No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.
