Overview

We depart at 06:30 AM in a brand-new Mercedes V-Class 2026 — the most comfortable way to start your day. Early departure means no traffic, no crowds, and no waiting at the border. We use the small Karasovići crossing, where queues are minimal and the crossing is fast.

First stop: Verige Strait, one of the most dramatic viewpoints on the Adriatic coast.

Then comes Kotor — a UNESCO city of Venetian palaces, medieval cathedrals and ancient walls climbing straight up the mountain. Two hours to explore, visit St. Tryphon Cathedral, and have breakfast at a local café.

Back in Croatia: elegant Cavtat, Dubrovnik's charming little sister. Stroll the palm-lined waterfront and feel the pace of life slow down beautifully.

Optional: lunch at Konavoski Dvori, wine tasting at Karaman Winery, or sunset at Mount Srđ.

Private. Flexible. Unforgettable.

What to expect

  1. Kotor
    2h
Kotor – A Journey Through Time and Stone

In Kotor, travelers will step into a beautifully preserved UNESCO World Heritage Site, nestled between mountains and the sea in one of the most breathtaking bays in the world.

Guests will have free time to explore the medieval Old Town, known for its maze of narrow streets, charming piazzas, and centuries-old architecture. Highlights include the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon, historic palaces, artisan boutiques, and hidden cafés.

Adventurous visitors can climb the ancient city walls or hike to the San Giovanni Fortress for unbeatable views of the bay and red-roofed city below. Food lovers can indulge in fresh seafood, homemade pasta, or local wines like Vranac and Krstač in elegant waterfront settings.

Kotor is where history, culture, and natural beauty meet—an unforgettable highlight of your Adriatic journey.
  2. Cavtat
    1h
Cavtat – Coastal Charm and Timeless Elegance
On the return to Croatia, you'll visit Cavtat, a peaceful seaside town often called Dubrovnik’s elegant little sister. Walk along its scenic palm-lined promenade, where yachts float beside stone waterfront villas and cafés invite you to pause and take in the view.

Explore local highlights like the Račić family mausoleum, designed by Ivan Meštrović, or visit the house of painter Vlaho Bukovac, filled with 19th-century art and history. This town offers a perfect blend of culture, nature, and quiet sophistication.

Sip a glass of local Malvasija wine, enjoy fresh Adriatic cuisine, or simply relax by the sea—Cavtat is the ideal way to end your day, far from the crowds, in effortless style.
  3. Mount Srd
    1h
Rising 412 metres above the Adriatic, Mount Srđ offers the most spectacular view of Dubrovnik's Old Town you will ever see — the ancient walls, the red rooftops, the islands, and the open sea stretching to the horizon.
We reach the summit by cable car or scenic road, where the famous Restaurant Panorama awaits — the perfect spot for a drink or dinner with the city glowing below as the sun sets behind the mountains.
This is Dubrovnik as few visitors ever see it. The best light, the best angle, the best moment of the day.
  4. Karaman Winery
1h · Admission ticket not included
Nestled in the green Konavle valley just outside Dubrovnik, Karaman Winery is one of the region's most authentic family-owned estates. Here, ancient Konavle winemaking traditions meet the unique microclimate of the valley — producing wines you simply cannot find anywhere else.
Stop for a guided tasting of local varieties, including the rare Dubrovačka Malvasija white and bold Plavac Mali red. The setting is as impressive as the wine — stone walls, vineyards, and mountain views in every direction.
A genuine taste of Dalmatian culture, just minutes from Dubrovnik.
