For Airport Pickups:
Arrivals at TLV Ben Gurion Airport. The transfer service provider monitors the arrival times of all flights. Once you have collected your baggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Then go directly up to Level 2 (Second Floor). We suggest you to take either the escalators or the elevator on the right to go up to the second floor. Meet your driver at EXIT 21... Your Driver will wait a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the plane touch down time. If you cannot find your driver you should phone our 24-hour help line for further assistance.If you do not do so, the fee you have paid will be classed as a "No-Show". No refund is possible.
Hotel Pickups
Reservations needs to be scheduled 5 hours before flight time.
Please be ready at the hotel entrance at the time of your booking.
