Overview

Then sail to the colorful Nubian Aswan with further attractions before a trip down to Abu Simbel to witness the ‘once a year’ spectacle of the Sun Festival.

Day 2: Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing - 20 October 2021

After breakfast you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple. Then, head out to the Egyptian Museum. Continue to Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest and most alluring bazaar if there is time. Later, you’ll head back to the hotel and stay overnight in Cairo.

Day 4: Day 4: Abu Simbel Tours, Kom Ombo Temple - 22 October 2021

At: 00:30, our representative will pick you up from your Hotel in Aswan to witness the Man-made Solar Phenomenon of Abu Simbel. Twice a year - on October 22 and February 22, the rays of the sun align on the sanctum sanctorum illuminating the Holiest of the Holy, a small room with four statues: Ptah, Amun-Ra, Ramesses, and Ra-Horakhty. The sun shines on the last three status but leaves the statue of Ptah, the god of darkness, in shadow. Outside the Temple, you will enjoy performances by Nubian folklore
groups. Then at noon sail to Kom Ombo to visit Temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Have lunch on board then, sail to Edfu. with dinner and overnight in Edfu.

Disembarkation after breakfast, Enjoy a wonderful tour to visit East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to the Karnak and Luxor temples followed by a visit to the West Bank of the River Nile in Luxor to the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir EL Bahari and the Colossi Memnon with free time at leisure in Luxor for great shopping opportunity and then you will be transferred to Luxor airport for flight to Cairo.
