Participants are required to wear suitable hiking boots or shoes with a lugged sole for safety on uneven terrain, along with comfortable technical clothing including breathable layers, lightweight hiking trousers, and a waterproof windproof jacket depending on weather conditions.
Participants should bring a small backpack (approximately 20L) with at least 1.5–2 liters of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection.
