first, we will pick you up to your accommodation then take you to our farm you will had welcome drink and our chef will explain about the class before you start do cooking class.
afterwards we will taking you to our garden which is a place for cooking class. In the garden we also plant several types of plants which will be used as ingredients for spices or staple ingredients for cooking.
we do directly pick the staples from our farm during the harvesting time of our plantation and directly process them in the kitchen. Well, our chef will teach and introduce Balinese food ingredients and their functions from the beginning to become a delicious dish. After that, you will enjoy your original cooking lunch The tools used for cooking are almost all manual.
at the end activities we drop off you back to your accommodation.
