What to expect

Day 1: (Saturday) LISBON - MERIDA - MADRID (635 km)

Merida
Pass by

Departure from Lisbon at 7:30 a.m. towards the Spanish border to arrive in Merida. Free time to explore its
impressive archaeological complex, featuring the Roman
Theatre and Amphitheatre, both declared UNESCO
World Heritage Sites. Lunch at leisure. Afterwards, we
continue our journey back to Madrid. Arrival Arrival and

Day 2: (Sunday) MADRID

Madrid
Pass by

Breakfast and accommodations. Morning city sightseeing tour to get acquainted with this monumental
city and see the most important buildings, avenues and
squares… Afternoon at leisure to continue exploring by
your own this cosmopolitan city.

Day 3: (Monday) MADRID - TOLEDO - MADRID (150 kms)

Toledo
Pass by

Breakfast and accommodations. Today there is a
half day tour to the monumental city of Toledo full of
history. Panoramic view from Mirador del Valle and walk
through it´s old town. Return to Madrid and time free

Day 4: (Tuesday) MADRID

Madrid
Pass by

Breakfast and accommodations. Full day at leisure for shopping or visiting some of its many museums and
monuments like the Prado Gallery or the Royal Palace.
You may also take optional excursions to El Escorial,
Avila and Segovia…or experience the lively restaurants
and bars along the old typical quarters.
