Begin your day with a peaceful and unforgettable sunrise SUP Yoga session at Praia Dona Ana, one of Lagos’ most scenic and secluded beaches. Surrounded by cliffs and calm, traffic-free waters, this hidden gem offers the ideal setting for reconnecting with nature.

Meet your certified yoga instructor on the beach just before sunrise. After a short SUP briefing, you'll paddle out to our floating yoga platform—a stable inflatable base linked to 7 SUP boards.

As the sun rises, enjoy a guided yoga session that blends movement, breath, and mindfulness. The gentle rhythm of the ocean beneath your board enhances balance and deepens relaxation.

After the session, paddle back to shore, return your gear, and collect your belongings—leaving you refreshed, centered, and inspired. Suitable for all levels.
