What to expect

  1. Piazza del Campidoglio
    25m
A stop at the Capitoline Hill will provide one of the most spectacular views of the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and the Coliseum in the distance. This spot is one of the most picturesque in Rome, so be sure to have your camera ready!

    .
  2. Piazza Della Rotonda
15m · Admission ticket not included
One of the oldest and best-preserved ancient monuments built in 126 AD, it’s been in continuous use throughout history and converted into the church dedicated to Saint Mary and the Martyrs in the 7th century.
Some of history’s most distinguished figures are buried here: Kings Vittorio Emanuele II, Umberto I, Queen Margherita, and the celebrated artist Raphael. The oculus in the center of the coffered dome above provides light and ventilation, and when it rains the water drains below the floor through a drainage system.
NOTE that it is possible that the Pantheon might start charging admission tickets. There is no information made available yet.
  3. Spanish Steps
    15m
Climb the 18th-century stairs to reach the French Church of Trinità dei Monti or hang out on the steps for some people-watch as the locals do.
An exquisite feature of the piazza at the foot of the stairs is the Fountain of the "Bracaccia" which, despite its name "old an ugly boat" is a beautiful fountain designed by Bernini's father.
  4. Trevi Fountain
    15m
From La Dolce Vita to Three Coins In A Fountain, the Trevi Fountain has been featured in so many films that it’s one of the most distinguished fountains in Rome! No visit to Rome is complete without a visit to the Trevi Fountain.
People crowd around the gushing Baroque fountain and its nautical statues for the opportunity to throw a coin over their shoulder and wish for a return visit to Rome.
After it will be time for lunch!
  5. Piazza Navona
    15m
Piazza Navona in Rome is a living masterpiece, where the rich tapestry of history and art weaves together in a vibrant symphony of colors, sounds, and emotions. With its majestic Bernini fountain, bustling market stalls, and captivating street performances, Piazza Navona exudes an irresistible charm that invites you to lose yourself in the captivating energy of Rome. Stepping into Piazza Navona is like stepping into a time capsule, where the echoes of ancient Roman civilization harmonize with the vibrant pulse of contemporary life, creating a sensory experience that lingers in your memory forever
  6. 30m
Nestled on the outskirts of Rome, Saint Paul Outside the Walls Basilica awaits with open arms, inviting you to delve into its hallowed halls. As you approach this magnificent edifice, the sun's golden rays bathe its towering facade, accentuating the intricately carved reliefs and the solemnity of the surroundings. Stepping inside, you're embraced by a serene ambiance, where the flickering candlelight illuminates the stunning mosaics that adorn the walls, whispering tales of faith and devotion through the ages. In this sacred space, time stands still, and you find solace amidst the echoes of centuries of prayer and contemplation.
