A hands-on and engaging workshop dedicated to traditional Piedmontese pasta: plin and tajarin. You'll learn how to knead, roll out, and shape these different types of pasta. At the end of the class, a light lunch will be served, featuring the pasta we prepared together, a small seasonal salad, and a traditional dessert. The experience will be complemented by a glass of red wine, water, breadsticks, and a welcome drink of coffee, tea, or flavored water. Only seasonal ingredients sourced from small local and organic producers, flour from local stone mills, and whole or unrefined cane sugar will be used to prepare the dishes.
