White truffle season: from 1st of Oct. to 31st of Jan.-black truffle: different types at different times of the year. Truffles found during the search are not included but can be purchased from Trifolao. During the autumn season, warm and comfortable clothing is recommended, rain coats and rubber boots are available. A car it's necessary to move between Alba, the woods and the winery.
