Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients from our estate and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. There is no fixed menu—our team creates each tasting experience daily, highlighting the very best of the season for an authentic and memorable experience.
The tasting menu includes:
Starter: Caprese salad
Main course: Fresh pasta with basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil
Dessert: cantucci biscotti or selections of local cheeses
Our expert Sommelier will lead you through the wine pairing, carefully selecting three of our estate’s organic Chianti and Supertuscan wines to complement each course, enhancing the flavors of both the food and the wine.
