At Pummaré, ingredients selected from the market stalls make their way upstairs into a tasting journey through Roman traditions, seasonal produce and family recipes.
Start with three small bites, including wood-fired bruschetta with seasonal vegetables, an Amatriciana-inspired supplì and a mini eggplant parmigiana or another seasonal preparation. Continue with a tasting portion of rigatoni alla carbonara, followed by Grandma’s meatballs in tomato sauce, prepared with meat sourced from a butcher inside Trionfale Market.
End with tiramisù made with a historic biscuit produced in Rome for over a century and coffee from a Lazio roastery.
