Pickup details

The pickup point is Athens International Airport (ATH). After collecting your luggage, your driver will meet and greet you in the Arrival Hall (A or B), just outside the Customs Area. Look for a sign displaying the lead passenger's name.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will receive 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time at the airport from the scheduled pickup time on your booking. After this period, the transfer will be marked as a no-show.

  • Each traveler is allowed to carry one (1) checked-in type luggage (medium suitcase) and one (1) hand luggage or large sized backpack
  • Should you carry any additional items such as extra-large suitcases (>100 lt.), strollers, pet carriers, sports equipment, wheelchairs, scooters, musical instruments, boxes, bulky, etc. you should declare one piece of luggage for each one of those items and add a note to the booking describing them. So, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
