If you are arriving by yourself to the Sanctuary. We are located just in the middle between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Just Google AKUMAL MONKEY SANCTUARY and follow the indications.
We have free parking lot inside our facilities.

Pickup details

Please send us your Hotel / Accommodation name and address in order to arrange the transfer service.

Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 to 90 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

It's important for you to send us your room number so we can have access to the resort for the pickup.

We don't do transfers from Cancun. If you are staying in Cancun Area we can arrange a private transfer for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information.

Passengers must be at least 5 years old. The minimum height required is 1.20 metes (3 feet 9 inches).

We will reserve the right of admission in case any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
