Isla Mujeres Catamaran Tour from Playa del Carmen with Snorkeling

Your adventure begins with convenient pickup from your hotel, followed by a short transfer to our marina at the Punta Sam Ferry Terminal. From there, board your catamaran and set sail across the beautiful Caribbean Sea toward Isla Mujeres.
Enjoy a snorkeling experience in crystal-clear waters, where you can discover colorful tropical fish, coral formations, and marine life, including the possibility of seeing sea turtles.
Upon arrival at Isla Mujeres, enjoy free time to explore the island. Stroll through the charming downtown area, discover colorful marine-life murals and local shops, and take photos at some of the island’s iconic landmarks.
Continue to our beach club, where you can relax while enjoying beautiful Caribbean views, a delicious buffet lunch, and a refreshing open bar, all included in your experience.
After your time on the island, return aboard the catamaran and enjoy music, drinks, and spectacular Caribbean views as you sail back toward Cancun.

• If you are in a Hotel passing Puerto Aventurasto Tulum it will not be possible to pick you up

• Don't forget your swim suit, towels and extra clothes for you to change.
• Due to operational and safety policies, snorkel locations may be modified on the day of the tour depending on weather or current conditions. In such cases, Ixlaché may be substituted with El Meco or the Contoy inlet, while still providing the included snorkeling experience. Please note that no refund or partial refund applies, as the snorkeling portion represents less than the total value of the tour and the activity is still provided at an alternate location of equal quality and safety. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to offering the best possible experience
• Snorkeling depends on the weather and if it is not done, there is no refund or partial refund
• Date Change, and No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.
