The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

• On this tour you will visit Isla Mujeres, if you are in Riviera Maya or Playa del Carmen the main dock to board the boat is located in Cancun, it is not located in Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.
• Snorkeling depends on the weather and if it is not done, there is no refund or partial refund
• Important Information Due to weather, current conditions, and safety policies, the snorkeling location may change on the day of the tour. Ixlaché may be replaced by El Meco or the Contoy inlet, while the included snorkeling experience will still be provided at an alternate location. No refund or partial refund applies, as the snorkeling activity remains included and is provided at an alternative location of comparable quality and safety.
• Date Change & No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be accepted. Guests who are not available at the confirmed pick-up location and time will be considered a No Show and charged 100% of the tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and being ready on time.
