This is an experience that allows you to fully enjoy traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine. You will join a guided walk inside the renowned traditional restaurant 'Kinsui-tei,' which is one of Kyoto's foremost examples of modern Japanese architecture. After savoring the rich flavors of Kyoto cuisine, carefully selected from seasonal ingredients, we will start the tour led by local architects who are also involved in the restoration of traditional townhouses.
