Overview
This product is created for clients who want to travel on a budget but they cannot sleep in tents and sleeping bags. They still want to sleep in proper rooms with beds, toilets and bathrooms inside. The clients in this tour do not mind to join other clients on the same itinerary.
Enjoy your safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara Park which forms central wildlife destinations in Tanzania. This safari lends you the opportunity to spot variety of wild animals including the Big Five and bird species .
Minimum is 2 people and maximum is 6 people in the Landcruiser Jeep to ensure everyone has a window seat and is comfortable.
Unlike other similar tours, we have added Lake Manyara National Park since it is on the way back to Arusha and is a small park you can have game drive in two to three hours.

What to expect
Day 1: Arusha/Serengeti National Park (335km – 5 hours)

Pick up from Arusha at 0800am and drive to the Great Serengeti National Park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq mile’s) with your Picnic Lunch. Game drive enroute to the campsite.
Serengeti National Park is a home to lion, leopard, Elephant, Cheetah, Buffalo, Zebra, Wildebeest, Eland, Wild dog, Gazelles, Crocs and more. Lot of birds includes the Eurasia migrants.
Day 2: Full Day Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, continues with both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti national Park.
Remember this is the migration safari, so as Serengeti is very large as your game drives will depend on the move of the migrants, your guide knows very well how to locate the herds.
The Serengeti means endless plains in Maasai language. In the central plains there are carnivores like leopard, lion, hyena and cheetah.
This park is normally the scene of the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra that occurs between the Kenyan Mara and the Serengeti.
Varied bird species can be seen here including eagles, ducks, geese, egrets, vultures, secretary birds, ibis, stork, herons, kites, pelicans, cranes and guinea fowl.

This is an area in the park where their is a permanent stream and water where large herds of hippos bask in the sun here.
Other animals approach the stream to drink water and its a sight to Behold.

This is the central part of the park where we have a public Visitors Information center. We can catch a clean Bathroom break and have a picnic lunch at the picnic sites around.
Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro National Park

Arrive and descend to the crater floor with game drive. Ngorongoro Crater-

Birds includes flamingos on the Soda lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures and more.. Break for lunch at Ngoitoktok spring Picnic sites it will be an unforgettable experience.
The largest unbroken caldera in the world, Ngorongoro has an area of 260 kilometers and a depth of 610 meters.
The crater provides a protected habitat for thousands of mammals and birds. The entire day is spent on the crater floor viewing lion, hyena, wildebeest, zebra, black rhinoceros, and many species of small antelopes.
It is one of the few places in Africa where you stand a very good chance of seeing the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant) in the course of a game- drive.
Ngorongoro Crater

The Crater is a spectacular setting in which to experience your African safari. Some scientists maintain that before it erupted, Ngorongoro Crater- the largest intact caldera in the world would have been higher than Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa.
There are around 1000 lions in the Crater, approximately 20 black rhino, and the spectacular Lerai Forest is one of the best places in Africa to spot leopard.
Day 4: Karatu area- Lake Manyara National Park and Drop off Arusha
