Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

The Istanbul Dinner Cruise departs from Kabataş Port at 8:45 PM, and you’ll need to be at the port no later than 8:30 PM. Given the traffic and road conditions, it takes approximately 1 hour to transfer from IST Airport to Kabataş. Therefore, you should be ready for pick-up outside the airport by 7:00 PM at the latest.

The tour concludes around 11:45 PM, and you’ll meet your driver shortly after. Expect to arrive back at IST Airport around 1:00 AM. Please note that luggage cannot be stored in the transfer vehicle, so plan accordingly for your next flight.
